The Congregational Meeting for the members of the First Reformed Church in Willmar will be on Thursday, November 19 at 7:00PM, and will be held in the church sanctuary. Please wear a face mask while in the church building.

Call your Care Group Leaders for additional information or if you have questions about the meeting. Voting for new Elders and Deacons will take place during the Congregational Meeting - Absentee Ballots must be requested by calling the church office (sooner than later)*.

Nominations for New Elders are: Jan Damhof, Randy Dannen, Ray Krossman, and Junell Petersen.

Nominations for New Deacons are: Josh Riemersma, Steve Underland, Caleb Van Den Einde, and Gene Van Den Einde.

*Voting for new Elders and Deacons will take place during the Congregational Meeting on Thursday, November 19. If you are a member of First Reformed Church, but are unable to attend the Congregational Meeting and would still like to vote for new Elders and Deacons, you must contact the church office to request your absentee ballot. Absentee ballots will need to be returned to church by November 19 to be counted. If absentee ballots are not received by November 19, your ballot will not be counted - so request your absentee ballot soon!!!
